Venture X strives to provide high quality, flexible, collaborative spaces to business professionals allowing our members to grow their companies and exceed their business goals. We hope to provide a unique set of amenities and benefits that support business growth and professional development.
Our vision is to provide upscale, flexible workspaces in every major city in the US and in some overseas markets.
OUR BEGINNINGS
Catching the wave of affordable, flexible shared office spaces with the spirit of community and collaboration that were popular among tech startups and small businesses in the 2000s, father and son team, David and Brett Diamond founded Venture X Naples, in southwest Florida in 2012. Opening its doors to meet the needs of not only small businesses, freelancers and tech startups, Venture X set out to develop a vibrant community, populated with business professionals from many industries. With a diverse and varied membership, Venture X Naples hosts successful businesses that can expand in place, as well as large companies and corporations that like the availability of optional workspaces for their remote teams.
OUR EXPANSION
In 2016, riding the wave of Venture X Naples’ success, Venture X became a member of United Franchise Group (UFG). Headed by CEO Ray Titus, UFG is an award-winning business-to-business group that specializes in personalized business services. In 1987, UFG began its franchising success with Signarama in Farmingdale, NY. Now one of the world’s most recognizable signage companies, Signarama franchises are located in 62 countries. Other UFG success stories include Fully Promoted, Experimax, Jon Smith Subs, SuperGreen Solutions, Transworld Business Advisors, Accurate Franchising, and The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill. Today, United Franchise Group boasts 1,600 franchisees globally. With more than 30 years offering outstanding leadership, UFG excels in creating the substantial business opportunities that entrepreneurs need to succeed. With plans to open 100 new Venture X franchises in 2020, UFG is a perfect match for Venture X’s expansion.
